Zach Sevenish

Designer II

Zach is an experienced and ambitious designer, focused on the creation and development of urban spaces.

Over his years of work at REALM, as well as his multidisciplinary design background, Zach has been ignited by robust projects requiring various scaled approaches and perseveres from concept design through design implementation. He believes that public spaces are moldable, and has a passion for projects which are very specific and take detailed planning. Zach prefers to get in on project teams during early stages, so that he can begin to build a vision for the project with the client and project team before a tone is set. He is well-versed in design language, maintaining the ability to make changes with and for clients at any stage.

Zach’s careful eye for detail leads to flawless execution of graphics, from font decisions which carry through an entire project, to the placement of tables and entourage in final renderings. His skills in Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, and Photoshop are invaluable to our team. He plays a critical role in supporting all aspects of the design and visioning process with a particular strength in 3D modeling and visualization.

Zach still holds true to his passions for learning and history through personal research and trips around the country, especially to New York. He also periodically attends critiques for both City and Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture studios at The Ohio State University’s Knowlton School.
