The Ohio State University is beginning to embark on a decades long vision to transform west campus into central Ohio’s first Innovation District. By bringing together in-depth research, cutting-edge technologies and business incubation into one campus space, the university will enhance the learning environment for students and professionals alike.

This roadway study is intended to create a vision for Kenny Road and Lane Avenue, transforming these vehicular dominated thoroughfares into campus parkways connecting pedestrians to the west campus Innovation District as it begins to develop this transformational opportunity to define a new campus within the overall university. Several west campus improvements are beginning to take shape along Kenny Road from Lane Avenue to Kinnear Road that requires a holistic vision for the corridor to help connect these developments.
