Relocating downtown: State Auto Insurance Companies is relocating a number of their employees back into their downtown campus to create a more connected work environment. REALM helped to envision how this vehicular-centric campus could transform from simple drop-off and parking into a more urban experience that created spaces for people.

An urban campus: Located within the Discovery District and immediately adjacent to the Columbus Museum of Art, the opportunity to was to better define the edges of their campus while equally creating connectivity and allowing for shared parking for adjacent uses, a best practice in the urban realm.
